    What To Wear
    Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for weather conditions. Sunglasses are recommended.

Additionally, the aircrafts are all being sanitized between all flights. Our partners kindly ask that participants please bring and wear a face mask or covering for the duration of their experience.     Maximum weight limit for the student is 230 lbs. There are no height requirements.

    What type of plane will I be flying?

    You will be on a Searey amphibious airplane. 

    How long is this flight?

    This flight is 30 minutes from engine start to engine stop.

    Returns
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days.  All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

    Exchanges
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

    Cancellation Policy

    Once you have scheduled a date and received a confirmation, cancellations and reschedules are allowed up to 72 hours prior to your booked time. Any cancellations or reschedules made within 72 hours of your flight are subject to a 25% fee and are non refundable. Failure to appear on the booked date or to reschedule at least 72 hours prior will result in the loss of the value of the certificate. In the case that the event is cancelled due to inclement weather, you may reschedule directly with the pilot.
