LEGOLAND® Florida Resort and Peppa Pig Theme Park are open year-round. Please check the park's operating hours before making travel arrangements as opening and closing times vary throughout the year and are subject to change.

Can I bring my own food and drinks into the park?

Outside coolers, food and beverages may be brought into the park under certain guidelines. Prohibited items include alcohol, hard-sided coolers, soft-sided coolers larger than 8.5" wide x 6" high x 6" deep, food that requires heating or refrigeration

Are there any height restrictions?

Yes. Most rides do have height restrictions and will vary based on the attraction. 

Is parking included?

No. This experience does not include parking fees. 

Can I bring a backpack?

Backpacks are allowed into the park and are subject to be searched upon arrival.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
