When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

Year-Round:
Daily - 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

  • Maximum weight limit per person is 260 lbs
  • Maximum combined passenger weight limit is 550 lbs
  • Weight limits may be affected by weather condition and flight
  • All ages welcome as long as they can use aircraft seatbelt
  • Use of Bose headsets is included
  • Helicopter is an air-conditioned Robinson R-44 II
  • No food or drinks allowed on board
Duration
Approximately 35 minutes total, with 15 minutes of flight time from engine start to stop.

What can I expect on the tour?

You can expect to have a great time with friendly and knowledgeable pilots. The goal is to have an amazing time while experiencing an exciting sightseeing helicopter ride over Tallahassee.

What type of helicopter will we be flying on?

You will be flying on a Robinson R-44 II with an FAA-certified pilot.

Are there any age or weight restrictions to participate?

There are no age restrictions – all ages are welcome as long as you are able to use the aircraft seatbelt. The weight limit per passenger is 260 lbs, and the combined passenger weight limit is 550 lbs.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have scheduled your date and received your booking confirmation email, you may reschedule your date up to 72 hours prior to the booked date and time. Once you are within the 72 hours prior to the booked time, all bookings for the experience are final and no changes can be made. Should the date be cancelled due to inclement weather by the pilot, you will be able to reschedule directly with the experience provider.
