I had requested a bioluminescence tour in Titusville, but was given a tour at Port Canaveral. There were so many lights the bioluminescence was difficult to see. Not a good place to tour in my opinion. I felt disappointed and waste of money

It was a NIGHTMARE! We were on the June 15th bioluminescent kayak trip at kayak beach. We headed out on a double kayak with about 8 people, some on stand up paddle boards. A storm started to come in and the waves picked up. Several people flipped over and were screaming for help. Keep in mind this was the middle to end of a very deep chanel we were crossing to get to the shore..We took 2 separate ladies onto our kayak and helped them get up to shore. The guide was no where to be found while we were trying to help as many people as we could. We decided to paddle back to the launch when we could barely steer the kayak and were being pulled out with the tide. It took us double the time to come back and when we found the launch there were several polices officers waiting for us and told us 2 of the kayakers in our group were missing. They asked us for our statement, drivers license and phone numbers. They kept us for 20 min and finally let us go. On our way back to our hotel this huge storm was so bad we couldn't even see the road to drive. Thunder and lightning were everywhere. If we would have stayed with our tour, who knows what would have happened. This was one of the scariest experiences of my life. I'm a Florida native and have been on the water since I could walk. This was a very dangerous experience. The weather should have been followed meticulously by Paddle Adventure company and guide. This was absolutely NOT safe to go out in. I will be asking for my money back and I will NEVER do this again. Thoroughly disappointed!

I'm so very sorry that your special experience did not go as planned and that you ran into so many bumps and snags along the way. We have since been able to connect with our partners on your experience with them. Our partner's number one priority is safety and I am so sorry to hear you were put in what felt like a scary situation. Our partners truly apologize for the disappointment they caused on your tour with them. They did let me know that they follow strict guidelines with a platform called "Weather Underground'', which predicted the storm to be under a 30% chance that afternoon. They let me know that they elect to run their tours as long as the storm prediction is under a 30% chance, which was the case on your evening trip with them. As soon as the storm started to form, our partners let us know the guide worked diligently to get everyone back to safety on shore. We apologize that it felt like an unsafe situation for you and the tour members involved. Our partners assured us that your tour guide did everything in his power to get everyone to safety and in the process called the coast guard when the party disbursed as he went to help another tour member with some underlying health issues. With that said, we completely understand how frightening your experience must have felt. We have gone ahead and issued you a full refund back to your original purchasing card with us. We know that you had a frightening experience and would love to have a second shot at a first impression. We have gone ahead and placed a $100.00 credit into your account to hopefully be able to get out on a future experience with us. Making the accommodations were easy, the staff at the location was very helpful. Our flight coach was exceptional. In the future I will upgrade to the full-face helmet. The goggles were not comfortable when the wind kicked up.

The Heist is the room we chose and it was so fun and interactive. 10/10 would definitely recommend and would do it again for sure. 4 stars because for the amount that you pay, they should at least gift you a sticker or something stating that your group escaped before the hour was up.

The kayaking trip was superb. Astrid (our guide) did a great job in the initial instructions and throughout the trip explained information on the wildlife and environment we were traveling in.... stream and previous history of the area. She took pictures throughout the trip of us and the the wildlife and scenery and than provided access to the photos on Facebook. My daughter and I truly enjoyed the trip.

There were lots of fish jumping in the water making the bioluminescence glow . We even pulled over and got out and went for a swim . I am definitely doing this again

The Airboat ride at Boggy Creek was a true adventure. It was a great way to experience the Everglades and to see it's untouched beauty. The captain stopped to show us where alligators were sunning themselves. We saw so many beautiful birds and many turtles. Great for all ages.

I did this with my 10 year old and 12 year old and we all loved it. It is really fun and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. The instructors are great and they do some really cool tricks at the end of the session so you can see what can be learned.

My boyfriend and I had bought this excursion for my dad for a Christmas present and we loved it. The day we went wasn't very warm so we weren't sure if we would see any Alligators but we did see 2 and one had little babies. Our tour instructor was very nice and laid back. He gave us very good information on our surroundings but didn't do overkill! We enjoyed him a lot! He also hold the world record for number of cat fished skinned in under 3 mins. I would recommend this trip for anyone that enjoys the outdoors, boats and wildlife.

Cloud 9 was given to me as a gift. We took a while to use it because of how we work. I was so surprised how nice everyone on the phone was and how they booked my retreat very fast and with great service. When we got to our boat ride we were able to get right on the boat. 15 min wait time.That was great. Our boat captain was very nice and showed us a lot. I will recommend Cloud 9 as a gift to my friends. Will purchase again for myself too.

I had made a reservation and everything was very quick and smooth. I requested to add a second person to the reservation the day before and it was handled with no problem and very quick responses. I will absolutely use Cloud 9 again. The experience was awesome as well.

It was scheduled for 45 minutes, it lasted 10 min less. It stsarted 10 min later than booked. The airport driver could of provided more. Information about wildlife as he was knowledgable, just had to drag the info out. The vendor was more about selling additional items - photos, etc.. Than the actual experience.

This is too expensive for only 2 times of actually flying. Either lower prices or add additional flying times.

the actual trip was very cool and I really liked Ryan the guide but it was ran very poorly. They never sent me a email or text on where to meet for the trip, Another family was not able to go on the trip because of the lack of planning and we wouldnt have been able to go if the other family didnt take their child on their canoe. The safety guy had to give up his kayak so i could go and my girlfriend used the that child kayak. Very poorly ran.

Over rated. Not worth the money! Supposed to be two hours but only lasted 1.5 hours and that included started starting 15 minutes late. Would not recommend.
