When Do I Choose A Date?
If giving as a gift, your recipient can choose a date at their convenience; otherwise, you can choose one after checkout.

Year-Round:
Daily - 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Essential Information
  • Participants must fill out a liability waiver
  • Renters must be at least 21 years old
  • If you were born after January 1st, 1988, you must take the Florida boating safety course
  • Boat operator must have a minimum of two years of experience operating vessels of a similar type and size (within 10 feet) to the Scheduled Vessel
  • Gas is not included
  • A security deposit of $500 will be collected at check in

What To Wear
We recommend wearing clothing and shoes that are comfortable for boating. Sun protection and a hat are recommended.
How many passengers are allowed?

Your Rinker Q3 boat can accommodate up to 12 passengers. 

What is included with this experience?

This experience includes a 2 or 4-hour rental of a Rinker Q3 boat. This rental DOES NOT include gas. The renter will be in charge of all fuel costs. 

Are there any restrictions?

Renters must be at least 21 years old. If you were born after January 1st, 1988, you must complete the Florida boating safety course prior to renting. All participants must also sign a liability waiver, Anyone who is under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign for them. The renter must have a minimum of two years of experience operating vessels of a similar type and size (within 10 feet) to the Scheduled Vessel, have no marine losses in the last ten years, no violations/suspensions (including auto) in the last five years and no criminal convictions or pleas of no contest ever.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 24 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event that your tour is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be able to reschedule directly with the experience provider.
