    Duration
    Airboat tour lasts approximately 60 minutes, but please allow yourself additional time to view the park's exhibits which close at 5:00 PM but you can come back the following day to enjoy them.

    Maximum Participants
    This is a private tour for a group of up to 15 participants.

    Only participants are allowed on the tour.

    This experience is weather dependent. Always contact the Experience provider with any questions regarding weather conditions.
    What To Wear
    Wear comfortable clothing; however, it is recommended to bring a windbreaker or sweatshirt, a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen.

    For this experience, our partners are taking extra measures to help prevent any potential spread of COVID-19. These measures include limiting the number of guests that are allowed to be admitted within each hour of arrival throughout the day. The airboats will be loaded to every other row to promote social distancing as well. Our partners will have a dedicated COVID response staff member each day whose sole directive will be ensuring the cleanliness of the facility and safety of the customers and staff. All boats and life jackets will be sanitized between each use. Additionally they are encouraging the use of masks at all times during your visit or stay at the park. They are recommended for the outdoor open air areas as well but are not required any instances where social distancing can be achieved. They have placed additional hand sanitizer stations around the facility for guests and staff to use. These Covid-19 safety measures are subject to change.

    Is there an age requirement?
    No - this is a great experience for all ages. Children under 6 years old will be required to wear a life jacket. The boats do tend to be loud, especially for young children, so ear protection will be available as well.
    Are life vests and hearing protection required?
    All passengers are provided with hearing protection prior to riding on the tour. Children 6 and under are required to wear a life vest.
    Is there a guarantee to see alligators?

    It cannot be guaranteed to see alligators in the wild on the airboat tour. The captains have many years' experience and are usually very good at finding them, but since they are in the wild, each tour is unique and unpredictable.

    You are, however, guaranteed to see gators if you explore the reptile exhibit at the park before or after your tour. You'll even get a chance to hold a baby alligator!

    Will we still be able to explore the park after hours?
    Unfortunately, not. But you are welcome to come to your tour early or visit the next day during regular business hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Just be sure to bring a copy of your voucher from the night tour for re-admittance.

    Returns
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days.  All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

    Exchanges
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

    Cancellation Policy

    Once you have received a booking confirmation, rescheduling is allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
