When Do I Choose A Date?
If giving as a gift, your recipient can choose a date at their convenience; otherwise, you can choose one after checkout.

Year-Round:
Monday through Saturday - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

  • No horse experience necessary
  • There is no actual horseback riding involved
Duration
This experience lasts approximately 1.5 hours.

Maximum Participants
This tour is available for up to 5 participants.
Spectators
This experience is for booked participants only. However, parents of youth participants can watch as they are either dropping off or picking up their child.
Weather Dependent
This experience may be subject to high winds or extreme weather. If cancelled, participants will receive a full refund. Otherwise, the indoor arena will be used. Please contact your experience provider with questions about the weather.
What To Wear
Please wear closed-toe shoes and weather-appropriate clothing. A hat and sunglasses are also recommended.

Is this experience handicapped accessible?

Yes, the facilities are wheelchair accessible, and participants can work with haltered horses under supervision. Please let your experience provider know of any special needs at the time of booking so that accommodations can be made.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date may result in a cancellation fee or the loss of the value of your experience.
