Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

Wear comfortable and weather appropriate clothing suited for walking. Wear a good jacket. San Francisco is windy and very cold at night, so prepare with warmer clothes than you think you’ll need.

The tour is wheelchair/stroller-friendly. There are two moderate hills, which are manageable for most people, but some elderly guests struggle with these. Please let Virgin Experience Gifts know of any special needs at the time of booking.

The tour does include some talk of violence and the macabre but is generally considered family-friendly. There are no shock/scare moments. Everyone, including children, must have a paid ticket.
Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
