When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

April 1 - June 14:
Friday through Monday - 1:00 PM

June 15 - October 31:
Friday through Monday - 1:00 PM

November 1 - March 31:
Thursday through Monday - 1:00 PM

Essential Information
  • All ages welcome - Any child three and under will fly for free on the parent's lap.
  • Min individual weight is 50 lbs
  • Max individual weight is 260 lbs
  • Max combined weight is 1,255 lbs
  • Participants must sign waiver
  • Experience requires a minimum of 3 passengers to run
Duration
This experience lasts approximately 1.5 hours total with 60 minutes of flight time from engine start to stop.

Maximum Participants
This experience is available for up to 6 participants, so long as the maximum combined weight is under 1,255 lbs.
Spectators
Spectators are welcome to hang out in the lobby.

What can I expect on the tour?

You can expect to have a great time with friendly people and knowledgeable local pilots. The goal is to have an amazing time while experiencing the joy of a seaplane flight.

What type of plane will we be flying on?

You will be flying in a De Havilland Canada DHC-2 Beaver seaplane.

Is there a weight limit?

The maximum individual weight is 260lbs, and the maximum combined weight is 1,255lbs. Two seats can be purchased for guests who exceed 260lbs, to ensure a safe and comfortable experience. 

What if our group is less than 3 people?

Reservations for singles (1) and couples (2) will still be accepted, but are subject to being moved to another time or date if the minimum of three (3) passengers isn't met. 

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
