When Do I Choose A Date?
If giving as a gift, your recipient can choose a date at their convenience; otherwise, you can choose one after checkout.

Year-Round:
Daily - 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Essential Information
  • Participants must be at least 18 years old
  • These kayaks are not recommended in windy weather
  • Inflatable seats, paddles, dry bags, and life vests for each kayaker are included although you can go solo
  • Wearing the personal flotation device is mandatory
  • Requires 2 people to carry it to the water
Duration
The minimum rental period is two hours. Rentals are also available for 3, 4, or 24 hours.

What To Wear
Wear clothing that won’t restrict your arm movements such as a loose-fitting t-shirt or a vest. Wetsuits are a good idea when the water or weather is cold. Alternatively, water-wicking shirts and pants are an option. Board shorts work well in calm, good weather. A personal flotation device such as a vest is mandatory.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. Cancellation Policy

Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
