This SUP is the only option for adults over the age of 18 who want to take their dog or some cargo with them when they venture out onto the waters of San Francisco Bay. The board’s suitability is thanks to the large size of the deck and its excellent stability. It can carry cargo in addition to the paddler and/or handle excited canine movement. Please ensure, though, that your furry friend wears booties. This provides added grip, so your dog is less likely to slip into the water even if it and the board are wet. The booties also protect the surface of the board from claw damage. You can rent this board for 2, 3, 4, or 24 hours which is plenty of time to have adventures, marvel at the unique views of the skyline, spot landmarks along the waterfront such as Piers 54 and 70, or stick to the protected and calm waters in Crane Cove. If you are vigilant, you will also see the resident wildlife: harbor seals and sea lions, pelicans, gulls, and cormorants, and occasionally dolphins or a passing whale.
