Are children allowed?

Yes, and children under the age of 3 years old are free when accompanied by an adult.

Is wine provided?

Select wines, non-alcoholic beverages, and chocolate truffles are available for purchase.

Can I bring food?

Yes, however, finger foods are recommended, as utensils are difficult to use on the gondola. Chocolate truffles are also available for purchase during your experience.

Is my cruise private?

Yes, cruises are private for you and your guests, however there is always a gondolier on boat.

Where does the gondola go?

Gondola cruises travel through the canals and waterways of the Coronado Cays. The Coronado Cays is a small community about four miles south of Coronado Village.

Does the boat ever tip over?

No, the boats are very sturdy. Life jackets are on board per Coast Guard regulation.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. Cancellation Policy

Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
