Where does this experience take place?
After the purchasing and redemption process, your recipient will gain access to a network of PGA pros and participating golf courses. Your recipient can pick and choose their instructor and the location based on their preferences. The participant will book directly with their selected instructor. Once they have a scheduled date and time, no further action is necessary and all of the information needed for their booking will be sent to them. They'll be swinging, driving, and putting in no time!
This may vary based on location, but typically you will need to bring your own clubs.
This lesson will be tailored to you, your experience level, and your overall golf goals. Possible topics may include proper alignment, grip, posture, ball position, swing mechanics, and more. Your PGA Pro will equip you with expert techniques and strategies that will take your golf game to the next level!
This experience is available at a variety of golf courses, facilities, and driving ranges. After the purchasing and redemption process, your recipient will gain access to a network of PGA pros and participating golf courses. Your recipient can pick and choose their instructor and the location based on their preferences.
Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 24 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event that your tour is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be able to reschedule directly with the experience provider.
