When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

Essential Information
  • No E-Bike experience is required, but you should know how to ride a traditional, two-wheeled bicycle 
  • Participants must be at least 14 years old
  • Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
  • GPS tour routes, helmets, and optional binoculars will be provided
  • We recommend bringing earbuds to hear the app tour clearly
  • Bring a valid ID for check-in

What To Wear
Wear comfortable clothing and closed toe shoes. Please dress appropriately for expected weather conditions.

What are the rental requirements?

Riders must be at least 14 years old. No E-Bike experience is required, but all participants should be comfortable riding a standard, two-wheeled bicycle. Please bring a valid ID for check-in. 

Do I need E-Bike experience?

While no E-Bike experience is required, you must feel comfortable riding a standard, two-wheeled bicycle. 

What should I wear?

We recommend wearing comfortable, weather appropriate, clothing and closed toe shoes. During the cooler months, consider wearing layers and bring gloves to keep your hands warm. 

How difficult is the ride?

This is a self-guided tour. Take your time and ride at your own pace. You'll be equipped with a state-of-the-art E-Bike with adjustable electric assistance. Make your ride as easy or challenging as you want.

What should I bring?

Bring a valid ID for check-in, plenty of water, sunscreen, sunglasses, and your adventurous spirit! 

Is there free parking near the rental shop?

No, unfortunately there is no free on-site parking. However, metered and pay-to-park garages are in the immediate vicinity of the rental shop. 

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
