Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

You can expect to have a great time with friendly people and knowledgeable local guides. The goal is to have an amazing time while exploring the very best of Carmel-by-the-Sea.
Wear good walking shoes. Dress in layers and bring a rain jacket in case of cooler temperatures and inclement weather. Wear sunscreen, sunglasses, and a bring a hat to protect you from the sun.
Bring a photo ID for check-in. We also recommend bringing a camera, water, snacks, sunscreen, sunglasses, and your adventurous spirit!
This tour is primarily a scenic driving tour. However, you will have the opportunity to get out and enjoy a few leisurely walks along the way.
Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event that your tour is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be able to reschedule directly with the experience provider.
