When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

  • Participants must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid ID to consume alcohol

What can I expect on this tour?

You can expect to have a great time with friendly people and knowledgeable local tour guides. The goal is to have an amazing time while exploring LA via bicycle. 

How difficult is the ride?

This tour covers 32 miles in the span of 5 hours. This experience is considered moderately challenging and includes some hilly terrain. It is recommended for individuals with an average fitness level and you be comfortable on a bike to take this LA tour. 

Is there free parking?

Yes! You can park for free at this tour's starting location. 

Are restrooms available along the tour route?

Yes, there will be at least one stop that has restroom facilities along the route.

Do I need to bring food?

Your tour guide will supply water for the tour and there is a stop in Venice beach for lunch. The price of lunch is not included. If you would like to purchase lunch along the beach, it is recommended that you bring an additional $12 per rider.

What happens if the weather is bad?

If a tour must be cancelled due to weather, you will reschedule directly with your guide. In the event of inclement weather, it is recommended to call the experience provider ahead of time regarding weather conditions.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing and closed toe shoes. We recommend bringing light layers such as a windbreaker or sweatshirt. Wear sunglasses and bring plenty of sunscreen! 

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
