When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

Year-Round:
Monday-Thursday - 10:00 AM
Friday-Saturday - 10:00 AM & 11:30 AM

 

Essential Information
  • All ages welcome
  • You must bring a booster seat for children under 8 years of age or 4' 9" in height
  • Gratuity for your guide is not required but is appreciated if you enjoy the tour
  • Food and drinks are not included
  • The Tour begins/ends on The World-Famous Hollywood Walk of Fame
Duration
This experience lasts approximately 5 hours. There are 3 (1) Hour stops + 2 Hours of interactive sightseeing (traffic will vary).

What can I expect on this tour?

You can expect to have a great time with friendly people and knowledgeable local tour guides. The goal is to have an amazing time while exploring the very best of LA!

Can we bring snacks and drinks on the bus?

Yes, feel free to bring snacks and drinks! After your tour, please be sure to remove all garbage from the bus. 

Are there restrooms on the bus?

No, there are no bathrooms on the bus. Restrooms will be available prior to boarding your tour bus should you require them. 

Why do I need to bring a booster seat for my child?

According to California State Law, children must be seated in the rear seat of a vehicle in an appropriate car seat or booster seat until they are 8 years old or 4’9″ tall. You must provide a booster seat for any children that do not meet these requirements. Renting options may be available. 

Where do we stop?

On this tour guests get three one hour breaks at the following three locations the Santa Monica pier, the grove and the original farmers market, and last but not least the Griffith Observatory. 

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
