When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

Availability for each attraction varies throughout the year

*Please note: Passes must be booked a minimum of 24 hours in advance of your desired visit.

  • Virgin Experience Gifts voucher must be redeemed for Go City | Los Angeles All-Inclusive Pass prior to visiting any attractions
  • Pass is valid for consecutive days indicated on the pass after first use
  • Children 2 years old and under do not need a pass
  • Children's pricing is applicable to children aged 3-12 years old
  • Availability of specific attractions may vary based on the season or day of the week
Duration
Your Go City Pass is valid for 2 days once it is used at the first attraction. Go to as many attractions you want to each day, and make repeat visits!
Experience Provider Info
Complete information for your Experience Provider, including contact information, will be included on your booking confirmation email once you or your gift recipient have scheduled the experience. How does it work?

Perfect for sightseers who are only going to be in the city for a short time and want to see as much as they can, the All-Inclusive Pass lets you experience as many attractions as you would like over 2 days. The more you see, the more you save!

Do I need to pick which attractions I want to visit once I redeem?

You don't have to! You can pick and choose attractions as you go, so that you can see what works best for you during your time in Los Angeles .

Does the Los Angeles All-Inclusive Pass include transportation between attractions?

No, transportation is not included with your Pass. However, some attractions do take you around the city, like the Hop-On Hop-Off Big Bus Los Angeles .

How will I receive my Los Angeles All-Inclusive Pass?

Once you have redeemed your Virgin Experience Gifts voucher for a Los Angeles All-Inclusive Pass, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your Pass. At each attraction you visit, simply scan your pass at the designated ticketing area. 

How do I know when the attractions are open?

As the availability for each attraction varies, your Pass confirmation gives you access to a convenient app that can help you plan out your trip, including information on open dates and times, addresses, and even directions!

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you redeemed your pass, you'll have 14 calendar days, to redeem each day that your pass is valid for. For example, if you have a three-day pass and activate it on the first day of your vacation, you'll then have 13 calendar days to use the remaining two days of your pass.
