When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

  • No e-bike experience necessary, but you should be comfortable riding a bike
  • Tour covers approximately 10 miles in 2.5 hours and is considered easy
  • Tour will begin and end at the same location
  • Helmets, safety vests, e-bikes, and water will be provided
  • Complimentary on-site storage available for personal items

This tour covers 10 miles in the span of 2.5 hours. This experience is considered easy. It is recommended that individuals have an average fitness level and be comfortable riding on a bike. 

Is there free parking?

Yes! You can park for free at this tour's starting location. 

Are restrooms available along the tour route?

Yes, there will be at least one stop that has restroom facilities along the route.

What happens if the weather is bad?

If a tour must be cancelled due to weather, you will reschedule directly with your guide. In the event of inclement weather, it is recommended to call the experience provider ahead of time regarding weather conditions.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing and closed toe shoes. We recommend bringing light layers such as a windbreaker or sweatshirt. Wear sunglasses and bring plenty of sunscreen! 

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. Cancellation Policy

Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
