    • 250 pounds per person weight limit, subject to combined passenger weight limits
    • Third passenger is welcome if within combined passenger weight restrictions of 550 pounds per group

    Duration
    The flight will last approximately 1 hour (engine start to engine stop). Please plan for an additional 10-15 minutes of prep time on the ground.

    Maximum Participants
    This flight can accommodate up to 3 passengers so long as the combined weight of all passengers does not exceed 550 pounds.
    Spectators
    Spectators are welcome to watch take-off and landing from a balcony at the airport bar.
    Weather Dependent
    This experience is weather dependent. Always contact the experience provider with any questions regarding weather conditions. In the event of inclement weather, your pilot will work with you to reschedule your experience.
    What To Wear
    Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for weather conditions. Sunglasses and camera are recommended.
    Are there any weight restrictions?

    Yes. Each individual participant cannot exceed 250 pounds. In addition, the combined weight of all participants (up to 3) cannot exceed 550 pounds.

    Can kids fly?

    Yes! Children are welcome to enjoy the flight. If the child is under the age of 2, they must sit in a an adult passenger's lap. Safety ear protection will be provided.

    Can I bring my camera?

    Absolutely! 

    Returns
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days.  All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

    Exchanges
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

    Cancellation Policy

    Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, no refunds will be given. Cancellations are allowed up to 72 hours prior to your experience. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice will receive a 50% credit back to their Virgin Experience Gifts account. Failure to appear on your booked date will result in the loss of the total value of your experience. In the event your experience is cancelled due to inclement weather or aircraft maintenance, you will reschedule your experience directly with the experience provider.
