On March 1, 2021, Cloud 9 Living and the UK-based Virgin Experience Days finalized the acquisition that will make Cloud 9 Living the newest part of the Virgin family, which also includes Virgin Hotels, Virgin Voyages, Virgin Hyperloop and those shooting for the stars at Virgin Galactic and Virgin Orbit.
This is big news for us at Cloud 9 Living, and we couldn’t be more excited. Virgin Experience Days is a pioneer in the experience gifts category – launching and essentially creating the industry way back in 1988. They are currently the number one experience gift provider in the UK. The acquisition of Cloud 9 Living will help Virgin launch and expand their presence in the United States, and will better serve our customers here in the US with plans to broaden the geographic areas served as well as the depth and breadth of experiences offered. In the near future, Cloud 9 Living will be re-branded as Virgin Experience Gifts.
