When Do I Choose A Date?
If giving as a gift, your recipient can choose a date at their convenience; otherwise, you can choose one after checkout.

  • Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adults
  • Life jackets and all safety equipment will be provided
  • Participants 12 years old and younger must wear a life jacket at all times
  • Entry into the Glenn Canyon National Recreation Area is not included

What To Wear
Wear your bathing suit or comfortable clothing that you do not mind getting wet. Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and a dry change of clothes.
Can I bring food or drinks onto the boat?

Yes, food and drinks are allowed. Glass bottles are prohibited.

What is the water temperature?

During the summer months 70-80 Fahrenheit and during the winter months 40-60 Fahrenheit.

What if I don’t want to swim?

You do not have to get in the water. Participants who do wish to swim can do so during the summer months. This option is not offered during the cooler seasons. 

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. Cancellation Policy

Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 7 days prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 7 days prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event that your tour is cancelled due to inclement weather, maintenance issues, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be able to reschedule directly with the experience provider.
