When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

Late May - Early September:
Daily - 8:00 AM

Essential Information
  • Participants must be 14 years old
  • All kayaking gear, lunch, snacks, and hot drinks are included
  • Rain gear is available if needed
  • Transportation from Downtown Seward is included
  • Bring a reusable water bottle, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat
Duration
This experience lasts approximately 8 hours.

What To Wear
Wear synthetic layers of clothing and avoid cotton, including jeans. A waterproof jacket and rain pants are required and can be borrowed at no extra cost. Wear footwear you're comfortable walking in, will keep you warm, and you don't mind getting potentially a bit wet. Closed-toe water shoes, running shoes, and hiking boots are all fine options. Rubber boots can be borrowed if needed. Pogies (neoprene mitts) for your hands are provided.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. Cancellation Policy

Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
