When Do I Choose A Date?
If giving as a gift, your recipient can choose a date at their convenience; otherwise, you can choose one after checkout.

Mid-May through Mid-September:
Daily - 7:30 AM, 5:30 PM, & 6:30 PM

Essential Information
  • All ages are welcome to ride
  • Must be 25 years old with a valid driver’s license to drive
  • Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult
  • Get complementary transportation to and from your Denali lodging
  • Guests must sign a liability waiver before participating
  • A professionally trained guide will lead the way
  • Jeeps are outfitted with 2-way radios for communicating with your guide
  • Jeeps are 4-wheel drive with automatic transmission
  • Booster seats for children and front facing car seats for babies over 35 lbs are available

This experience lasts approximately 4 hours, covering roughly 100 miles.

What To Wear
There are multiple climates in Alaska, and you may experience them all in the same day. Wear comfortable layers that you can take on and off as the temperature changes.
Are there age restrictions?

Drivers must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver’s license.

Are there restrooms?

There is a port-a-potty at the Jeep Tour launch site. There are also gas stations and campgrounds along the way with restroom facilities.

Is this tour wheelchair accessible?

The provider tries to be as accommodating as possible. Please let Virgin Experience Gifts know of any mobility issues at the time of booking to see if accommodations can be made.

Do your tours go into Denali National Park?

No. Private vehicles are not allowed past Mile 15 (Savage River) in the National Park. But along the Denali Highway you will get a park experience seeing the same mountains, same animals, same taiga and tundra! Glaciers are easily seen from the road and Denali is often visible (weather permitting).

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Once within 72 hours, cancellations and reschedules are allowed minus a 25% handling fee. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
